“When I had my first baby I had been to NHS and NCT breastfeeding classes but when my baby was born I felt very confused about how to breastfeed and how much milk my baby needed. I was getting conflicting advice from NHS professionals about feeding including about introducing formula in those early days, and I wanted to get breastfeeding off to the best start possible. I called Regina in those first days after the birth and she gave me really clear and helpful advice about my baby’s feeding and what I could do for my supply and bringing my milk in. She visited my home and was very empathetic and understanding and put me at ease and gave me clear and practical tips about breastfeeding. She made me feel like I could do it and persevere with the breastfeeding.

After the appointment she gave me great support remotely and replied regularly and clearly. Again putting me at ease and meaning I had that ongoing support to build my confidence. Now I’m still exclusively breastfeeding and baby is thriving with her weight and development. Thank you Regina!”
